What is my license ID / authentication code?

Message Sniffer uses a unique 8 digit license ID and a unique 16 digit code to identify and authenticate each rulebase file. Each authentication code is associated with a specific Message Sniffer license.

You will receive your license/auth code with your trial acceptance letter. You can also email us at support@armresearch.com if you need help locating this information for your account.

Another place you can find your specific license ID and authentication code in the update notifications, if you have requested these to be turned on (contact support@armresearch.com to have these turned on).

Rulebase files are always named for the license ID when they are generated by the system.

Remember - Never share your Authentication code with anyone! Treat your license ID like a login name and your authentication string like a password.
