The time-trigger section controls the primary condensation mechanism designed for the GBUdb database. By default, the time-trigger will cause the GBUdb database to condense once per day.

The on-off='on' attribute actives or on-off='off' deactivates the time-trigger mechanism.

The seconds='86400' attribute defines the timer value which is one day by default. Note that the engine must run for at least this amount of time in order for the time-trigger to fire. If you restart the SNFMulti engine before the timer has expired then the time-trigger will not function as expected. The timer is reset each time the SNFMulti engine is started.
