We measure the number of messages per day, on average, that flow through the server. These numbers are anonymous - not related to any particular message or user. Some of these messages are tagged as spam and we presume they are filtered out. The remainder are considered to be "HAM" and so we presume they will be delivered. We use the HAM numbers to see if customers qualify for discounts.
